Returns & Cancellation Policy

However, if for any reason you wish to return your product, we gladly offer a 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantee. If any customer is dissatisfied with any product for any reason, they may return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Unacceptable shipping costs will be charged to the Customer's account for the rejection of the product. Please contact our Customer Care Team to clarify all return details. Return instructions

  1. Please inspect your order upon receipt and reach out to us within 3 business days of the delivered date if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
  2. Contact us info@booko.com.ua the product(s) you are returning, your reason for the return and your contact details to refund or exchange. You’ll also need the proof of purchase (#order).
  3. Create a return label if it’s necessary (ask us to help with it).
  4. Send it. Please note, shipping charges are on your side. All product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Fully or partially used items, discounted items

We do refund to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.
